Placed a 18 hoagie order had it done in 30 minutes right when they opened. Ordered it the night before. Very impressive

I like Jersey Mike?s food but I hate the service at this location. I think this review Is more of an indictment of the... entitlement generation of Wilkes-Barre. The people behind the counter literally didn?t give a damn about preparing my ordercorrectly. They cared more about their personal conversations and checking their cellphones. I had to on multiple occasions tocorrect the lady preparing my sandwich. The amount of effort she put into the sandwich makes me question the value of going tothis place and spending $25. If she spent 1/10th the effort she did on her long manicured nails I would be leaving a 4 or 5 starreview. I could just go to Wegmans and have them make me a sandwich or buy the meat and bread and do it myself. I hope themanagement team at Jersey Mike?s reads this and works to hire and train competent and polite employees. Again my experience atother Jersey Mike?s has be enjoyable.
