They have great sides...Baked Beans withBrisket and Maggie's Mac-N-Cheese are my favorites, but they also have some seasonal specials--currently Grandma's Sweet PotatoMash & great Apple Cobbler (for your sweets choice). It?s me the Truckher for another Review..???????????????? We really love this place. 1st time here and the hospitality and... greeting was just like the food Great!!! If your ever in town please give them a try. I had the seasonal Steak with bake beansand corn. Hubby had a chop beef plate with fried. I would have add my food but I was so good I eat before this review. Thedifferent sauces was to die for. The food wasn?t to pricey either, restaurant was neat and clean. This is a really good bbq place even though it is a chain... The staff was wonderful - super helpful, very attentive, and nice.... There is a big selection of meats to choose from - I had the brisket with baked beans and sweet potato. The brisket was reallygood. I loved the baked beans. The sweet potato was really good. Absolutely delicious. The food was so good. We had a small group and tried everything on the menu and literally everything was... superb. I ordered pulled pork, pulled chicken, fries, and Cole slaw. I was pretty disappointed based on the reviews. The meat was chewy,... the sauces uninspiring, the cole slaw was ok, and the fries were good. The cornbread was dry and low on flavor. On a scale from0-10 I would rate this 6.1. Read more
