Never had a bad experience until today. Had a salad made like usual and everything looked great. Got down the line and the... associate who chops and puts dressing on the salads put very little dressing on today. No big deal?..so I asked for a littlemore. Nothing to be concerned about up to this point. Then, I go to ring out, the associate tells the cashier/ manager to chargefor extra dressing. I asked why when she literally put very little in the salad in the first place, and manager Katie?s responsewas: ?we charge for extra dressing, it?s made in house?. So once again stated hey I come here all of the time, not asking foranything free but she put a few drops of dressing in the salad to start, so why the extra charge? No reply. So I stated to myfiancé that I won?t come here anymore. Katie, listening in on my convo said ?all because of salad dressing? and laughed. Ireplied not because of salad dressing, but because of principle. I had an issue and stated my case logically and got noresolution. When I asked for a manager, Katie stated she was the manager. There is no corporate number or any way to reach theowner according to Katie. I will not be returning to red leaf ever and will take my business elsewhere. It?s a shame becausemajority of the associates there do a great job but because of one manager, the brand itself will be tarnished because of poorjudgement and attitude from one that is supposed to lead by example when it comes to professionalism. Traveling through and found this gem! Quality fresh ingredients, very friendly and helpful staff. Couldn?t ask for a better... salad anywhere. We?re very particular about our food, especially fresh ingredients and Red Leaf Salad Company is at the top ofour list for quality.?! Read more
The service isn't the quickest but the quality is well worth the wait. The staff is always friendly and eager to accommodate. ... Food is fresh and you have the option to eat there or take out. Facilities are clean and visually appealing. I am neverdisappointed with Red Leaf. Read more

Really good salads with plenty of options and decent prices. Their already made combinations are pretty good as well, and... although not many of them had protein, they still have plenty of options, protein-wise, in which you can add. I especiallywished that I got the chance to try the sesame-tuna or salmon. Now for the part that I didn't really like was the wait for oursalad. My friend and I were given only one person to work on our salads (not the part Im complaining about), and we were passedby multiple other groups that had 2 or 3 salads each. I'm not entirely sure what was happening there, but it seemed like theywere prioritizing other customers over us. Lastly, the amount of dressing they give you really varies, and since I wasunfortunate enough to get hardly any on my salad, I would recommend asking for more dressing on the side. Read more
Stumbled upon this place while looking to get a quick bite to eat. It was perfect. Service was fast and friendly. Salads and... wraps are decent portions. I had the double caprese salad. It was good, but wish I would have been a bit more adventurousbecause it was very basic. My son got the crunchy fruit wrap, and it was delicious. He loved it. My only issue was that the kidsmeal is located on the wall behind the counter, and not on the menu you see when you first enter. I did not see the kids mealuntil after we had already ordered. I would definitely go here again. Others seem to be complaining about the music in theirreviews, but I didn't find it to be a problem, however maybe they have it lowered now due to complaints. Even better than the first location. This location has the same great stuff plus a lot more choices. The biggest improvement is... the new choices of proteins. They now have shrimp, tuna, salmon, and much more. The staff is very friendly, the place is hugeand clean and although it gets packed the service is very fast. I have a feeling this will be a very great chain one day. Read more
This place is usually great, but today they were very messy and unprofessional. My salad was short lettuce, not chopped right,... had to be fixed before I could check out, & there was dressing all over the outside of my container. I asked for spring mix andit was mostly spinach, just all around a rough experience. Read more
