I'm so unimpressed with this restaurant! I ordered a chicken burger and frys. Leave a decent tip and tip the kid that brought... it to the car. Get back, take two bites and realize it is pink and raw, I cut into it just to make sure. So I'm like ok thingshappen I'll bring it back, no big deal, I show the girl at the bar she even said ew and I thanked her for replacing it. Theyburnt it black and crispy on both sides... Mushroom Swiss burger was uneventful but fine. Fries were not hot or fresh. Ladies room smelled bad. Service was impeccable ????

Food is always good but service was poor. Appetizers came out before our drinks/plates/silverware. When drinks finally came out... they were not what we ordered. Also, I had to ask 3 times for more fries before getting any, even thought the waitress keptcoming back asking if everything was good and i asked for them each time.... finally on her third visit to the table I told herno everything is not good... it would be great to get the fries that I have now asked for 3 times..... First time we went. Loved the place and the food was awesome

Looked like an amazing place to eat but we'll never know. We were seated. 15 minutes later no server had ever appeared so we... sked someone bussing tables about service, she said she'd get someone. Another 7 minutes went by. We were about to leave and themanager arrived. (We hadn't asked for one). She offered no explanation for the delay but tried to comp appetizers. We said wedidn't want free stuff, just service. She said it would be 15 to 20 minutes for food after our order went in and it would be awhile before someone took our order. We gave up and left. Now Red Robin offers bottomless drinks as well as fries, that's good. But my burger came out with cheese, after I specifically... asked for NO CHEESE!!!!!! I sincerely wish people in ALL restaurants would stop deciding everyone eats the same thing!!!!! Ihate cheese & mayo. The food here is excellent when made to my taste. Read more

Staff was pleasant, and apologetic. Quick to fix mistakes that happened during visit. Appetizer came out after meals. Burger had... onion on it although I requested no onion, but as I said the manager and the server were amazing at making sure it was correctedquickly. One of the best places in Wilkesbarre to get a burger. Love the bottomless fries. Their sweet potato fries are my... favorite. Love Red Robin but I almost always have an issue with the server. Now just yesterday my server was great but theywere so packed and everyone was running around. I saw no manager on the floor helping out. Also there was a waitress on thecomputer trying to figure it out and having trouble. She asked for help from the bartender who looked over and started yellingat her and throwing her arms up. I thought that was rude. She could have helped her and not been so ... Nvm. Lol I went to geta drink and the bar tender says to wait that she has a to-go order to package. I was waiting 15 minutes for a table and all iwanted was a drink to make it bearable. Ugghh. Have your bartender focus on drinks only. When you have a bunch of waiters andwaitresses that are all assigned different tasks it makes everything more confusing than it needs to be. Read more
