This place is a JOKE!! I ordered twice from this store and both times 0 starts could be given. Always ordered thru the drive... thru both times took more than 10+ mins. First order was small and they missed an item was already home when I found out .Second time was a few days ago I made it to the pick up window from the drive thru and waited there about 8 minutes just lookingat them talking on the window and no one was behind me . Waited and waited and they kept asking if I paid for my order ? (Firstthing I did ) 15 minutes passed and they asked me if I received my food like NO!! I'M JUST WAITING HERE. asked me what I orderedjust passed them the receipt and still got sloppy food , bad made food , two of the same item and I ordered 3 different items .Food was nasty spent $30 for bad food , bad customer service and just my time wasted . Elderly night crew is way better than the young crew. All the food that I ordered came out hot and fresh. They gave me a good... amount of each topping on each item I ordered, which the young crew tend to skimp you and give you a very thin burrito. If youwant great service, look for the elderly taco bell employees working at night. You won't be disappointed. Read more

I don?t eat fast food, but only from Taco Bell, and it?s always a cheese quesadilla with extra jalapeños sauce. I?m a... vegetarian, my order is always 8.56$ for a cheese quesadilla (with extra jalapeños sauce) and a side order of nachos with extracheese (of 2 orders). I asked the lady at the window, even though I said ? a plain cheese quesadilla; with extra jalapeñosauce? which was shown on the screen. I placed an order with a request for 30 fire and 4 mild packets.Get the order. Surprise! No sauce. No forks.. No straws.. So Now... I have to drive down there to get sauce. Fine. Ok. Get the sauce go home start eating and all the items are there but then I getto my nachos that I had added rice and EXTRA meat. Surprise there is NO meat and No Rice.
