I've been to this Sweetfrog a few times, but the last time was the worst experience. They were out of so many flavors. Cotton... Candy didn't work, Strawberry wasn't working (an employee fixed that one for me). But there was a way smaller selection that Iexpected. Read more
Great ice cream....great staff. Ridiculous price. 43$ for 5 small cups. One star because absolutely ZERO covid precautions.... Customers touching everything and no cleaning or sanitizing going on. Read more
Love this place!! Folks are always helpful and toppings are looked after and fresh. Store is clean. Tom and Jerry cartoons and... great ice cream! They also are very appreciative of vets. When I last visited, 6 or 7 machines (about half of the yogurt machines) were either out of order or were out of yogurt. After... trying 3 flavors that were out, I finally found some on the fourth machine I tried. The place was also not as clean as it shouldhave been. I hope management can improve/fix these issues.
