The service was good but the wings were not. The sauce was good and the chicken was fried to perfection but the chicken was... bland and tasted like it wasn't seasoned before it was fried. Went on a day tht wings were buy 1 get 1 half off. The kitchen got the order spot on and the wings were so good!! Cam the waiter... was very nice and professional. Didn't have to wait very long for the food which was even better. Read more
I like this place, food is always good, beer is always cold, great atmosphere. Here's the reason I didn't give 5 stars, they... don't bring the food to the table all at once. It's a terrible system, was there the other day and my daughter was halfway donebefore my food came. I think this is unprofessional, are you trying to reinvent the wheel? Wasn't horrible.. but definitely more likely to not go again or to any other. Slow Service. Food was served in pieces.. ordered... items were served separately and at different times AND orders not served to everyone at the same time. Items were sent backand remade due to taste, textures and unappealing old, overdone look from sitting under heat for too long. Was sat immediately but I didn't like where we were sat. When I asked about sitting at a different table, hostess appeared... annoyed. Server got our drinks and orders immediately. Food came out in a reasonable time. Food was good and came out hot.Server was attentive and checked up on us regularly. The restaurant has plenty of TV's to watch sporting events. Usually i dont leave bad ratings but come on wild wings! We ordered thru uber eats only to receive a burger that looks like it... was ran thru a garbage disposal and then patched back together with the scraps and shot by a gatlin gun! The order wascompletely wrong as well. Im Not to sure if the cook was mad or in a hurry but please do better.. We also have missing itemsthat your store forgot to pack with our order. Read more
Super Annoyed ???????????? ***Please check your orders before leaving.*** Why ???? do you always mess up orders regardless to... methods of ordering BWW? We tried to get a quick eat today. Decide to place an order online - method - pickup for 2 regularchicken sandwiches should of had Mayo and pickle on them, ?1 plain chicken sandwich? and a ?20 piece bucket? (10 Garlic Parmesan/ 10 honey bbq) per receipt in the pic. Why did they forget to put an entire 10 honey bbq wings in the bag and made all chickensandwiches plain instead of one when clearly it was specified on the receipt taped to the bag???? My husband got all the wayhome only to realize we were shorted. You get a 1 because you got the order wrong and we had to go back a second time to get therest of our food. I guess the quality control person was off today. So glad we did not do Door dash or Uber eats for this orderand that no one received a tip in advance. Please do better. Ordered around 5:32 and did not get the food until 7:00pm on aSunday per their website and we had to go back for the items we paid for that we did not get. Did not eat until 7:30ish afterall of that. awesome staff from the host to the waitress! they were very polite and offered to change tv channels to what game we wanted to... watch. Food was also good and we all enjoyed a great night! Read more
