The hours specified here are just wrong. They don't update them. The wait in the drive thru was unacceptable. Walked into the... lobby instead because doors weren't locked but they said the lobby is closed. Employees just standing around talking etc. I knowstaffing is a hard problem, I understand so maybe just close and update your hours so we don't all waste our time? Thisrestaurant sometimes backs up traffic on penn ave due to people's attempts to get into the drive thru line. I sometimes wantMcDonald's but never badly enough to wait that long. Read more

Worst experience still at any McDonald's location. Check to make sure everything is in your bag before you pull off. Just make... the food right the first time and you wouldn't have so many issues. Work smarter not harder and at least try to have somerespect when you mess up an order. It's not like we made our own food so why get an attitude with a customer when your employeesare at fault. Just waited an hour for a 10 piece nugget and fry. After the hour mark I asked for a refund and the cashier hassled me about the... order and how people are before me, but she was asking people that just got there what they got and they had no issue servingthe drive through in a timely manner. My total was $11.32 and I was only refunded $7.04. Not sure how that works but I'd likethe full refund since I wasted an hour of my time just got have money stolen from me. Read more
