This place seemed completely out of order. I ordered online for drive thru pick up, but was then asked to come inside. Ok that?s... fine, it happens. I waited 10mins inside before getting my order. That stinks but wasn?t the kicker. That was the guy who got inmy personal space (only 2 people in the establishment)and just starred me down the whole time I was in there. I don't know what the night manager is doing but they put my fries back in the grease when they were already cooked instead of... making a new back to order. I could tell because my fries were greasy and some of them were burnt. I hope they get staff inthere that treat customers the way they wanna be treated. Read more
This place is nightmare for food delivery drivers. I had 7 cups of drinks for two orders from Grubhub. When I asked for the cup... holder, the manager said that holder is only for customers. When I asked isn?t my customers are Wendys customers she said thatthey are not, and I asked if I should drive with two large cups of lemonade on each of my hands she showed how to to handle thewheel with two cups in my hands, and all the black personnel laughed with her. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I PAID PATIENTLY WAITED AND WHEN I GOT TO THE SECOND WINDOW, THEY IGNORED ME LIKE I WASNT EVEN SITTING... THERE SO I BEEPED MIND YOU I ONLY GOT 1 LG chilli ? No drink or anything else and it was already bagged up they just waspurposely ignoring me! I even let them keep the change. After waiting 20 minutes in line at the drive thru, the guy just tells me that the car in front of me was the last drive thru... client and that from here on they only take online orders due to the staff shortage. Unfortunatly i didnt have mobile since ididnt take my phone with me. The staff member was very rude and even agressive. Very bad experience. Hire more and bettereducated staff pls. Read more
One of dirtiest Wendy's I have ever been in.
The staff there Felicia was very disrespectful and ignored us for 10 mins before taking our order. Than after decided to be rude... at us for trying to get some food and when asking for napkins she ignored us and shut the window. Worse Wendy?s to go to ever.Saw her walk out the store right after leaving the place unattended to go into a van with another worker, Was very upsetting andsketchy. Read more
