"We can make you another one, but it'll be awhile" is not "making it right" nor is "oh well we'll do something special for you... the next time you come in." You don't have to worry about that. My "just out of the oven" pizza was room temperature when I gotit - in a microcosm that's whatever: people get busy. What I'm not okay with is sitting around being ignored for a half hourwhile my food is sitting in the back of house and then being told by management they're fresh out of the oven. A simple "we'resorry we made a mistake" would have been fine too. I think this genuinely might be the first review I've ever left anywhere. Idon't leave reviews. This left enough of an impression to change my mind. Edit: Wow! This is incredible. Yes, please doubledown and continue to tell me how unreasonable I've been. The only timestamps I really care about are the ones that show wherethe food's getting made because you still can't seem to explain why I was told my food would be done in thirty minutes, but whenI showed up I waited an extra half hour and was served **cold** food. It seems that if you spent as much time actually servingfood as you did trying to discredit your customers online I would have gotten a warm pizza and wouldn't be making this post inthe first place. Friday night dinner goes south. We ordered take out, zucchini sticks had about 5 sticks. Paradise salad was all lettuce and... barely any toppings...far from paradise. From the moment they served the sizzling spinach artichoke dip with bubbly cheese bread, I knew this wasn't just a run of the... mill small town pizza joint. When they brought out the pie, whose crust fairly floated off the pan, I was transported -glutenous and tender with a crunch and slight sweetness that could have stood on its own without toppings. But those toppingsalone were worth twice the cost of the pizza - fresh sliced generous mushrooms, bell peppers, juicy chunks of Italian sausage,crumbled crispy bacon, mozzarella you could stretch to the end of the table, and this Chicago native declares that Willardshould mark upon this edifice "here shall ye find the best pizza a Missourian palate may be blessed by." Delicious NY-style pizza in Willard, MO! Mmm that crust was next level. Friendly service, too. The pizza was made with quality... ingredients. It was crowded when we were served, yet our food came out quickly. Prices were very reasonable, especially whensplitting a pizza between two people. I had the Mediterranean pizza. A large between two people gave us plenty to eat, andleftovers for both of us. I will be back to try more. Read more
We had 4 kids under 13 with us. Even the picky eater ate good. It was a football game night (so busy) but they told us it... might be a 45 minute wait before we sat down. It didn't feel that long. You can also order ahead. Worth it! Read more
