The pizza tastes like card board, the menu doesn't show the actual prices (so you will be overcharged) and they don't offer... fountain drinks which leaves you chugging Dr. Pepper from a 2 liter like you are at a sleep-over in Jr. High. Horriblerestaurant experience. Atmosphere is vacant and you the only people who go in are employees waiting for delivery orders thatnever come. Go to Dominoes, its right down the street. Read more
Staff were great. Store clean. Tried there new toppings to the edge pizza. Only comes in large and was a little too spicy for my... taste. Other types of pizza they have are all good. Read more
The person working was rude. My wife odered online and the earliest time to have an order was 11 am, which is when they open.... Apparently he wasn't happy to have an order put in like that, which is understandable but don't take it out on me. Some otherperson there with a gray beard gave me a dirty look as well. Blame your website for letting people order that early, not yourcustomers. We typically order from Domino's and will definitely do so next time. Read more
I picked Carside delivery. When I arrived, they told me that they would no longer be doing that (I tipped $10 for the carside... delivery).... I was taking some of the pizzas to a family who has a new baby, but the guy who brought it to the car couldnttell me which was which. Usually they are marked, but the guy said they were not. So I had to start opening boxes to find outwhich one was mine. I ended up keeping the wrong one. Again - I tipped $10 so they would take care of me. I should not havetipped at all. Read more
Second time in a row the pizza was cold. The first time (roughly 2 weeks ago) I called and the delivery driver was lost. I... told the manager I was concerned it would be cold. He promptly started arguing with me and said there was no way it would becold. He was wrong. Our pizza took over an hour to arrive last night and it was colder than the last one. We will be taking abreak from this location. I will just start picking it up from a store on Chestnut. Last time we did that it was piping hotwhen we got it home! Read more
This is my favorite Pizza Hut! The workers are always nice, and they make the best pizza. Plus they used to go out of their way... to deliver it. Since covet don't get deliveries at my house anymore it's now outside of their range. It is definitely cut downon my business that they get from me. We ordered at least once a week. Now I might eat from them once every 3 months. Sad Read more
