I usually have a good experience here but not today. Ordered curb side pickup and when I arrived I checked in on the Subway app,... which said my order was ready. There were no parking spots next to the door so I parked a few spaces down but still withineyesight of the door. Waited 20 minutes until a young man came out and was talking to probably his manager on duty on the phone.He told her he found me, and then told me they didn't have the type of tortilla I requested with my wrap, which puzzled mebecause the app said my order was ready! I told him another wrap option was fine and then he offered me a couple cookies for mytroubles to which I agreed. Before he went back in he asked that next time I park in front of the doors because he couldn't findme. I told him there were no spots in front of the doors when I pulled up and then he said sorry. I waited another 10 minutesbefore another young man came out and gave me my order who apologized for the wait. There were no cookies in the bag. I droveaway over half an hour after the scheduled pickup time. Food was delicious but they need to not have the app say the order isready when it is not, and have designated parking spots for curbside pickup. Read more
Horrible customer service I haven?t received my refund when they messed up my order and they didn?t even want to replace my... sandwich they messed up. Never go to this subway unless you want to be disappointed by the quality of the food. WILL NEVER BEGOING TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN. Read more

If you want a salad, do not go here. The chicken bacon ranch salad had VERY LITTLE chicken and bacon. I also added mozzarella... for an extra charge and that was not on my salad!!!! I've had a salad from once before and thought I'd try it again. Never willagain! Read more
The lady making our sandwiches didn't know how to make the ones we wanted. She was barely putting anything on them. There wasnt... enough food on them to go across the whole sandwich. I had to spread it across so i didnt have to take bites of just bread. Iasked for it to be heated not toasted and the cheese wasnt even melted. Was rather disappointed. I wish there was a quiznosaround here cause they make a better sandwich. Read more
The sandwich staff is always pleasant and helpful. The quality of ingredients has fallen sharply. I cannot remember the last... time I got a tomato without a hard green center in it or a full 12" of grilled chicken that didn't end up with at least onerubbery chunk in my napkin. Casey's in Willard has better sandwiches and you get more meat for your money. Read more
The sandwiches were delicious. Nice and clean. The workers were very friendly and quick making my order. Will be back.
