It takes very long and very rude workers and didn?t pronounce my name right???????
Took almost 30 minutes to get my food. After going to another restaurant, I came home to find that we were missing the Mexican... pizza. I came back to find the lobby closed. After waiting in line for over twenty minutes, I was offered no solution exceptthey are out of Mexican Pizzas. This location does not even allow in-person ordering anymore. Had to go inside to order. It wasn't even very much food and no special order. Yet had to wait 43 minutes after a 10 hour shift... to get my food. It's ridiculous. No employees only kiosks and no explanation. I can't believe they are still in Business. Read more
It was pretty hot inside not sure if the AC wasn't working or wasn't turned on. The fountain drinks weren't working had to get... drinks from the cashier. The floor was pretty dirty from leftover trash. Read more
I live a little outside Willard every now and again we stop by Taco Bell. In the past we didn?t really have a problem but the... last 3 or 4 times in a row they have completely messed up our order. Really do not recommend. I?m definitely done going there asI?m tired of paying for stuff and not getting what I payed for. Read more
Went inside to order due to the line in the drive thru. Only way to order was with a kiosk. The kiosk only allows you to text or... email your receipt. So when I told the employee I needed a receipt they had to go to the office to weed through orders to get mea receipt. I didn't have to time to wait. So I had to leave without a receipt. ???? If you want Taco Bell, please go to Springfield. There has not been a time that I have gone to this location and have felt... satisfied in the end. They always mess up my order in some way. Tonight the crunchy tacos were completely crushed and had nomeat. We also ordered chicken chalupas and they gave us beef ones. Please hire some competent people especially for management. Read more
