Back in AUGUST we ordered a 12 piece chicken only, extra crispy, we got home, more than 20 minutes away, opened our bucket, we... did not get ANY BREASTS, they replaced with thighs, the chicken was not extra crispy. I emailed the company on my receipt, they replied that I would get a voucher, it is now 2 MONTHS, still haven't received a voucher, even though I emailed severaltimes to "remind" the company! I ordered two chicken sandwiches, they were okay. I also ordered large order of french fries, and I don't know if they sat... around for an hour or so, but when I got home they were so hard my dogs had a hard time eating them! There's no way I could eatthem. What a disappointment KFC!! Read more
First and foremost, math is obviously hard for these employees. They are broadcasting a 10 piece special that comes with 3 lg... sides, 4 biscuits, 4 cookies and half gallon of tea. We asked for 2 extra biscuits. We only received 4 still and only 8 piecesof chicken. Would?ve been fine had 4 of the pieces that we received not been bite sized. When we noticed we were missing theextra biscuits we drove back through only to be given attitude for asking for what we were missing. We proceeded to ask forhoney and was handed 4 packs for 6 biscuits. I was willing to let the math issue go but the way the younger man reacted to uswhen asking for food we paid for was unnecessary.
