Back in AUGUST we ordered a 12 piece chicken only, extra crispy, we got home, more than 20 minutes away, opened our bucket, we... did not get ANY BREASTS, they replaced with thighs, the chicken was not extra crispy. I emailed the company on my receipt, they replied that I would get a voucher, it is now 2 MONTHS, still haven't received a voucher, even though I emailed severaltimes to "remind" the company! I ordered two chicken sandwiches, they were okay. I also ordered large order of french fries, and I don't know if they sat... around for an hour or so, but when I got home they were so hard my dogs had a hard time eating them! There's no way I could eatthem. What a disappointment KFC!! Read more
First and foremost, math is obviously hard for these employees. They are broadcasting a 10 piece special that comes with 3 lg... sides, 4 biscuits, 4 cookies and half gallon of tea. We asked for 2 extra biscuits. We only received 4 still and only 8 piecesof chicken. Would?ve been fine had 4 of the pieces that we received not been bite sized. When we noticed we were missing theextra biscuits we drove back through only to be given attitude for asking for what we were missing. We proceeded to ask forhoney and was handed 4 packs for 6 biscuits. I was willing to let the math issue go but the way the younger man reacted to uswhen asking for food we paid for was unnecessary. I called in my order 3-20$ fill ups 2 with regular sides 1 with Mac & cheese for all sides and a pot pie meal with a lemonade to... drink I placed the order at 3:15 and Josh said it would be ready in a half hour I said great I?ll be there between 3:45-4 ...when I got there I added more to the order.... well I got home and No Mac & Cheese and No Pot Pie so I called and they said comeback they would take care of it ... they gave me the 3 Mac & cheese but we looked at receipt and they didn?t charge me for thepot pie so no replacement and of course that was mine and I didn?t bring my purse with me so I didn?t get my food... but theydid give me a cake for me having to come back out there I spent $87.74 and didn?t get my food everything and everyone else washappy Read more

They told me it was going to be a 5 minute wait so I waited, they seemed to forget. I drove back around to the window to get my... food after wait 12 minutes.
