I was having a really bad evening and I walked in and stumbled through ordering at the counter and the staff were kind, patient,... and all around lovely. For a walk in order, it was done very quickly! I appreciated having a chair to sit on while I waited andthe kind gentleman with the Pokemon Go pin on his hat even checked my pizza status a couple times for me (unprompted) andupdated me on when it would be ready. The pizza was so so from my high praises a year ago. It lacked the cheese topping but the chicken parmesan wings were hot/fresh... & the cheese bread was tasty. Great online delivery & easy to order. Read more
Ordered sausage and green olives, got green peppers instead. OK, that's fine. But got to the garlic twists and they are... extremely overcooked, and no dipping sauce. The pizza still tastes good though. Read more
I don't know what has happened to this store but it has gone way down. New management not taking care of this. New employees who... don't care about their jobs or the customer. Tonight was the worst it's been. Ordered 3 pizzas with hand tossed crust and extracheese on all and 1 with extra pepperoni, we got 3 almost thin crust 1 with extra cheese and definitely not extra pepperoni, theham and pineapple one had green pepper pieces mixed in and that wasn't ordered. The people working their definitely don't knowhow to greet the customer and noone had a smile. Read more
With all that?s going on in the world, somehow it?s surprisingly comforting for your delivery driver to be someone who has been... delivering to your house for years. Things in food delivery have changed. But we love having a person who comes up withrecognition and a friendly greeting. It?s a big deal, and we appreciate it! Read more
I enjoy having this location so close to home. The only thing that always disappoints is the amount of hot sauce they put on the... wings. There is only enough to partially cover one side of the wings. Is there a hot sauce ration going on? Help me understandwhy you guys have cut down the last 2 years. I'm not looking for free wing handouts; that's why I go out of my way to call youand ask for the extra hot sauce. But when you forget to put it on, there is disappointing. You guys always make it right, butlike I said, I don't need the extra wings; I just need the extra sauce. I love your guys' hot sauce. Usually this place has awesome pizza but last week was not the case. I asked for extra sauce on the app and there was none on... both pizzas. The pizza was dry and not at all like previous orders. I live in East Saint Paul and travel all the way herebecause the Dominos by me is very bad. Also the toppings were barely on the pizza as well. Paid $20 and felt I was cheated. Imay just have to give up on Dominos. Read more
