I am a fan of holiday gas stations and this one always has what I need and is conveniently located. I only give it three stars... because sometimes the staff are a bit more rude and condescending than is acceptable even with the unpleasantness and lack ofappreciation that comes with their job. Some staff are fine at this location but it's about a 50/50 shot that you are going toget a cashier that makes you feel stupid or annoying for just existing in their presence. Not sure how this place gets over 3 stars. They have the worst customer service. I was paying with a check this morning and the... guy looked annoyed by it. He takes the check and then gives it back and tells me I have to fill it out. When I questioned it hetells me he doesn?t care what the policy is that?s his policy and then turns his back to me. Why would I fill it out if you aregoing to put it through the machine and give it back to me. He was very condescending and it?s not the first time. I've had nothing but good experiences here. This location is within a half mile of my house, so this is the main place I go to... rent Redbox, get gas, or get candy. I really like that this location has a Redbox that is usually stocked well. The gas pumpsare quick. The inside is usually pretty clean unless you go in late when they are stocking shelves. I wish I could give this place zero stars .The worst customer service ever. It said on the red bull buy 2 and save 1.50 but when... she ring it up didn't give the 1.50 off and was rude about it. I showed her the sticker and I also took a pic.... too busyhaving a conversation with friend and zero attention to customer showing her her phone and didn't even bother to offer anything. One star service at best. I just left Holiday feeling that I was discriminated against due to the Trump t shirt I was wearing. I... own a local business and frequent this store. I from now on will be publicly boycotting this store and will encourage others whorespect our president, flag and freedom of speech to follow suite. This incident involved just one female employee, I do not seeit necessary to name her. However, as a professional and business owner, the demeanor i was treated in is totally unacceptable.The manager and owner of this store should be aware of how their employees are interacting with customers. There is a woman who works there almost every morning. She is extremely rude and never smiles. And when ever i bring my almost... two year old in she sits there and frowns at him. I dont care if she is like that to me but my little boy is another problem.Next time i go in there and she is like that to him i will be reporting her. The gas station itself was nice, it looked new and very clean. They had a good variety of items. The only reason I'm giving it 3... stars (I was gonna give it two) is because the woman helping me was extremely rude and didn't even say hello, all she said wasmy total and asked if I wanted a receipt and went to help the next person without me being able to grab my items. I just put gas in my car at this station which was 11.6 gallons and I had gotten a .30 cents off coupon through a text message... from circle k and the employees proceeded to tell me there was a problem with scanning the bar codes and that they were told tojust give the customer a dollar because they didn't know how to figure out what to do. But anyone with any bit of an educationcan figure out that I should have received $3.48 back. This is not an acceptable practice. I go to this station all the time soif the employees can't do easy math to make sure people get back the proper amount then I guess I will need to go somewhereelse.
