Fast food has gone cold hearted but when I went to burger king not only was I greeted with a smile but she asked if I wanted... ketchup with my fries. I about cried cause no fast food places do this and by the time I get back to work it?s to late to getketchup. The food was great and I had ketchup with my fries. Ty Burger King for caring about the little things that make a goodmeal great! It?s been a year since I have been to Burger King because one bad experience but the service and food has changed itmeets standards. Ty for all your effort to make it great again. I will return. Accidentally said ketchup and mustard and they would not fix it just kept saying it's already made instead of offering to remake... it into the way we actually wanted it the manager at the first window told us no. Horrible customer service from the olderblonde manager. Whatever franchise this is needs to start mystery shopping more because that was just plain ridiculous. Read more
Most mediocre burger king I have ever been to, they always mess up your order. Also they always have you pull forward and wait... for your food, even if you are the only person in the drive thru. This is to make themselves look good on drive thru times forcorporate lol. Read more
When I visited it was clean, bun wasnt smooshed, everything was hot n fresh. Would visit again.
