I ordered a big Mac with a coupon, they charged me $11, even though the coupon said $5.99. then my big Mac came with this in it.... You're guess is as good as mine. I had to talk to a person ( not even the manger would talk to me ) at the window in 28 degreeweather... They laughed and just gave me another big Mac. They are Lucky I didn't eat... Read more

Order was correct, and friendly employees. However, I greatly dislike this location because the handful of times I?ve come there... is a terrible after taste in the Diet Coke. Like so bad. Almost like Iron flavor. Every time I come through I hope it?s fixed? Iend up throwing away a full drink every time. It?s a deterrent for me. Read more

Ordered a large fry, the gentleman at the speaker was rude and I felt like an inconvenience. Went to the pay window and no one... was there. Lady at the next window signaled me forward. She took my card , handed it back and never said a word after that.Unsure if my payment went through she began doing other work in the store and I took off. Everything was great food wise but when I called about a missing item the girl who brought it out was rude and rolled her eyes.... Terrible service. I understand bad days but it was good I paid for, there was no need to be rude. Read more

The speed of the device was moderate. The cashier was friendly, the MoD was not. The food was hot. The restaurant was clean but... very clearly much used. I did not use the restroom. Read more

This morning was a cluster! I get that finding employees is extremely difficult. But I also know when you find a whole group to... work, TRAIN THEM!! Not only were 3 vehicles in front of me upset with wrong orders and having to pull over and go inside but thepoor girl who walked out with the wrong food for me TWICE After drive thru messed up twice on my order, simply didn?t have aclue how to make it right. She literally said coming back to my vehicle a second time with still the wrong order - I just don?tknow what to do. For there to be so many mistakes among 3 different employees I have to believe it?s a training issue. Read more
