I have always loved this place but seems like last couple years it's gotten bad, and lately worse. We went to go eat for my... nephew's 19th birthday and we went inside there was no one waiting and the restaurant was pretty empty. It was a Wednesday, aweek ago or so. We stood there patiently for about 10 minutes hoping that at any second someone would at least agree to seat usand tell us they would help us as soon as possible but no, the couple waiters that kept walking by us didn't say a word ,actedas if we were not even there, so after about 15 minutes of waiting not only to be seated but just for anyone to acknowledge wewere even standing there, I finally said something to the two waiters that were standing right beside us the whole time andasked if we could please be seated and the only response I got was" I will be with you in a minute very rudely"and I'm prettysure I said something along the lines of it's already been 15 minutes and then I was told "we're the only two working"so longstory short we decided to just leave and go across the street to eat Read more
Would not recommend ordering online on Thursdays BOGO. Given wait time was ~45 minutes, but real wait time was an additional... hour for a lot of people waiting. Call ahead to verify wait times. I will say that everyone was moving as fast as they could,which I appreciated considering how busy it was. Food was a little cold when I got it, but it was still really good afterheating it up a bit. Very disappointing. Placed online order at 620, computer said food would be ready by 7. 720 came and still no food. All of the... Togo orders were just sitting there in the back. 15 people waited for Togo orders but they were sending out orders once every 15mins. Read more
They lost a customer today. I have given this location multiple chances as I was a big fan of the brand for many years, but this... Williamsburg location has been beyond terrible in quality this past year, and I, being a weekly customer have seen the obviousdecline. Last order I had to call and ask for a refund of half my order because I was only given half what I paid for. Themanager who came to the phone even had the gall to question me several times not wanting to believe that they screwed up. Eventhen, I decided to give it one last try and today I get blue cheese dressing that looked really strange. Upon furtherinvestigation, I find it has whole carrots in it. I really hope that isn't a re-used dressing, however I'm not sure how elsecarrots would end up inside my blue cheese dressing container. At this point I'm just disgusted. My order went in the garbageand my business is now going to Hooters, even though I am only a mile away from BWW. Read more
Food and service, great. Restaurant temperature, TERRIBLE. It was in the 90s outside and the restaurant wasn't much cooler. We... asked if the AC was broken and were informed that, because of the huge floor to ceiling windows, it never really cooled downbecause the AC simply couldn't keep up. Lowering my initial review of this place. I don't know what has been going on lately but someone is not doing their job right.... I've been ordering wings all football season and the last few times I've been disappointed. The photos attached show what I'mtalking about. I get the buffalo dry seasoning and it's barely even there (even though I asked "ex-wet"). Most of these wingsare naked and that's not what I ordered. Will be my last order with them. Read more
Unfortunately I had to adjust my original review. We had visited this locations a few times now over the past month mainly due... to some promotion deals and while we thought the food is good here there are some negative experiences that has left us with mixfeelings about returning in the future. We feel that the staff is nice and friendly however the resturant is lacking adequatehelp. We arrived at 7:15pm which in most cases should be a busy time of day yet resturant was not too busy and also did not havemuch staff to run the resturant. We sat at the bar and just ordered 10 wings and water which took about 1.5 hours to get andreceive a bill. The barback seem to be running most of the tables and taking care of bar at the same time. Dirty dishes werepiled up everywhere and we did not get much service while waiting for our food. Menu prices are on the High side for what youare getting unless they have some kind of promotion. Great place if you want to watch the UFC prelims. The food is always just ok but never bad. Also also ask what the $3 beer is.
