Food was tasty, although my burger had only a dab of mayo on it (usually the only condiment I use) so I added ketchup to make it... less dry. We had a bit of a wait from ordering time to getting food (the one in Mechanicsville delivers quick service). Theyseemed to have enough staff, so we figured they had to cook a batch of something. We just ordered dinner to go. Ordered a number one with one additional burger to go. One burger was drier than saw dust. The... fries were not seasoned as requested and with two burgers, fries, coleslaw it cost us $18.00. Never again it was nasty ???? Read more
First time visiting a Cook Out as we do not have them in Northern NY. Overall appearance was good, the place was clean. This... particular Cook Out was located in Williamsburg, Va. Upon entering we were greeted by a very polite employee who was superhelpful and very knowledgeable. She informed us how to get the best deal and gave us tips on some favorites. The burgers wereaverage but the seasoned fries and the milk shake were very good. The shakes are very thick and can be difficult to drink if youget one that has pieces in like the mint chocolate chip. If we are close to another one sometime in the future we may visit themagain to try something new. Read more
Been so long since I've had Cook Out! Ordering and receiving food is fairly quick if you walk inside vs. the drive-thru. As... usual, the food is cheap (OK, it's up $2 since the last time I've been) but still good and very filling. Shakes are still #1!Staff are friendly and helpful; better than some other locatioons I've been to in the past. Read more

This place is great! The first time I went the drive-thru line was pretty long. The line was worth the wait! Food is good, cheap... and shakes are a great topper! I tried the banana fudge shake A+. The staff gets you through the line as quickly as possible andthey are friendly. I went back for the chicken strips 2 days later. ???? Read more
Not our 1st time eating here, but will probably be the last. When the facility 1st opened, we ate there and found it to be... inexpensive, quick and good milkshakes. Big difference between then and now. The restaurant was dirty, both behind thecounter and in the eating area. All of the tables were dirty. Our server didn't seem very interested in taking our order.
