I stopped ordering from this location after 2 bad experiences, but decided to see if the new staff made a difference; It did... not. Ordered 2 medium pizza's both pie cut with extra sauce. Put the order in at 6:20pm, and arrived at 7:45pm. Both pizza'swere ice cold, not even lukewarm, when they arrived. One pizza was pie cut, but was cut horribly. The other was burnt, barelysauced and diced into tiny squares. The product they are sending out is reliably getting worse. Papa John's is next door andleaps and bounds better. Read more

Probably the absolute worst Dominos customer service around. I am a general manager at another location in another part of the... state. The service here is horrendous, the food isn't quality at all. I hope they treat the staff better than the customershere. Read more
ORDER AT A DIFFERENT LOCATION. Incompetent and food is dubious at best. I have used the Richmond Rd location many times and... never had a problem but every time I order from here they screw it up. They delivered our food to the wrong apartment, did notupdate the order status or call us, did not pick up the store phone when we tried to call them, AND our cold food was burnt /had ants on it because it had been so long. I ordered pizza for the family because I have a newborn. I waited over an hour for it to be ?delivered? except it was never... delivered. It was marked on the app as delivered but it never arrived. I attempted multiple times to call the store to alertthem. They won?t answer the phone. I will be reporting the purchase as fraud AND showing up at the store. This is ridiculous. I should have looked at the negative reviews for this location befor ordering. So I think I had Domino's Pizza maybe only a few... times in my life and now I know why. First off their coupon prices are not accurate, the individual pizza shops charge extra forparticular toppings like bacon. So im fine with this concept although misleading but the big problem is that they don't hardlyadd any toppings to the pizza. What we ordered was a pizza with 3 toppings and what we received was dough with a few sprinkle ofmixed toppings. It hardly even had cheese or sauce to the point where we purchased more cheese from a grocery store to makepizza worth eating. If you want to purchase pizza dough then sure buy it but that's about all your getting here. The crust wasgood but that's about all. Not sure I will buy another pizza from them again. (MY FIRST AND LAST TIME EXPERIENCE) Update: oneweek later I tried Domino's at 1220 Richmond Rd. Williamsburg VA 23185 and it was a huge difference. The pizza is 10x better atthat location. I keep trying bc I love dominos but I honestly don?t think one order has turned out right in 2 years. This time I?ve been... waiting 2 hours for delivery. Estimate was 45 mins. At the least I am always missing at least one thing once delivered. One timethey delivered to my neighbor then acted like I was the jerk when I said I didn?t get it. Said I could walk around and ask myneighbors or could make a new order and deliver it in 2 hours. Then when I asked for a refund they just put me on holdrepeatedly.
