Very dissatisfied. Placed and paid for an online order at 7:03 given estimated pick up time of 7:33-7:43. Arrived to pick up at... 7:54 and was told it would be at least 30 more minutes because the order has not even been started yet. Cancel the order and gota refund. Not a good look for dominos!!!!! I used this location two times when we were vacation in Williamsburg. I ordered online and go there for pick up all the staffs... are more friendly and welcomed you starting from you entered to the store. It's more better order to get discount coupon. Read more
Nothing against the local restaurant but the nation brand need to stop putting pressure on the local stores if the local... restaurant can't handle the orders. Second time I had to go to pick up my order because the local store can't delivery my food. It's all good. I just wished I would have knew up front. Read more
Very unpleasant experience. I ordered my pizza around 9:30 and all was well until I reached the quality check. I wanted on... quality check for over 30 minutes before calling the store and politely asking for an update. Everyone on the phone was verynice. I was told the driver had just left to bring me my food to my house. Another 20-30 minutes pass and I call again. And theysay that they?re short on drivers. I completely understand and wait another 30 minutes before I get a text saying my order wascanceled. I tried calling them a few times and they didn?t pick up. I then went to the location and asked about my order to seeif I can just pick it up. They told me that the driver came back and they canceled EVERY order. They also told me that they hadthrew away my order. I left right after I got the text. And I don?t live more then 7 minutes from the location. They offered metwo free pizzas and I was grateful. The young man that handed me the boxed checked them before handing them to me and didn?t sayanything. But when I got back to my home I opened the box and noted that both of the pizzas were ate from. I ordered a thin crust with extra ham and extra mushrooms from the store on Merrimac Trail in Williamsburg Virginia. When it... arrived, it had very few toppings and a good portion of it was burnt. I do have pictures if needed. I called the store and wastold that all they could do was give me credit for the missing extra toppings and that thin pizzas come out more done becausethey are thin. I understand that, but I have ordered this exact pizza many times and have never had it arrive burnt. I do notfeel that this is acceptable, nor does it meet the guarantee on the box that states you will ?make it right? if I am notcompletely satisfied. Read more
10:05 pm walk in to order a pizza after 14 hrs driving. The say they close for carry out at 10:00... But I can order online. So... I go back to the hotel, I order online, and 5 minutes later they cancel my order, cause they don't have enough drivers todeliver. Fantastic service! Way to go! Read more
This location does not follow it's business hours. The ignorant woman that was still inside the store at 11:30pm just stared at... me while trying to CALL THE STORE while standing outside. Wouldn't say anything just kept playing on her phone while playingwith pizza toppings. She walked to the back when she saw me start taking photos.
