In a great location, pizza was ready when told and hot, didn?t get napkins tho but still love the people there!
The was the worst experience I have had with this location. My pizza toppings were all in the middle of the pizza, the lava... cakes were cold n hard, the garlic bread bites usually are the bomb but this time they had very little flavor or butter on them.I can only imagine it was because it was just before closing time. I would think I should be entitled to a refund but doubt I?llsee one. Very disappointed in my experience this time. Order when it?s normal business hours or you could be subjected to halfa** food. I have an order history showing that this restaurant delivered to my home. I ordered tonight and the GM called to tell me that... he canceled my order because the website and the Domino's app are wrong and that I might get lucky with a different Domino's.Not only was he short and rude with me, he was completely unhelpful. So I had a really bad Domino's pizza at another nearby location about a week earlier and belive it or not this was my first... pizza from a Domino's in about 20 years. They did not put hardly any toppings on their pizza and it did not taste very good.Well I thought I would give Domino's another try but at a different location and I'm so happy that I did because this locationrocks! The pizza was prepared with good amount of toppings, the staff was friendly, it was a huge difference at this locationand I highly recommend ordering pizzas here. If i could give 0 stars i would. Called to see after an hour and a half where my 80$ order was. I was told sorry only got 2... drivers, want me to cancel it? No i want my food and it to be fresh . once it got here it was terrible. Cheese dried completelyout. Pasta dry and burnt. Wings not even tossed. So much grease the box ripped. Upon calling back i was told... Ill resend themout. Ummm you couldnt get it right the first time. Let alone the second. All you had to do was communicate and make sure thefood was hot. Read more
