Felt so sorry for the gentleman working alone today! But he was amazing and let everyone know he was trying as hard as he could.... Everyone in line was being patient while he maintained the drive thru and line inside ALONE. Shouldve asked for his name butforgot to! GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE. We will never go back to this location. We placed a mobile order for drive thru and waited almost 45 minutes. When we got to the... window I asked to speak to the manager because the wait (I asked nicely) and the lady immediately started screaming at the topof her lungs and even THREW objects in the kitchen and steam went everywhere. The other staff member stated ?we ruined the day.?I contacted corporate. I understand short staffing, just say it nicely and respectful. Getting aggressive and throwing items inthe kitchen and screaming at the top of your lungs - especially to a customer that is not yelling at you - it?s not ok. Read more
The workers were really nice and pleasant. They all greeted us when we walked in. There were about 5 of them back there, so I?m... not not sure why it took a while to make 2 of our drinks? I mostly Dash here but I've eaten here a few times also. So many things are contributing to fast food no longer being fast or... available, it's surprising so many of y'all are still complaining. Almost none of these contributions are employees. Most ofthem do the best the can with limited products or help. Yes, the wait times are often incredibly long and they run out ofproduct often. Not to mention it's a horrible location that can't fit the traffic. Also, we don't have another National brandCoffee place and the other DD is smaller inside of a gas station. It's going to be busy. If you have never worked in foodservice, try to empathize. They are trying to get you food that is not essential, not emergency and you can li e with out, asfast as possible. Stop being so entitled and spoiled. If it's good it's worth waiting for! To those working in DD, keep tryingand keep your head up. You're appreciated! Read more
Unpleasant experience at this location. I ordered through the Dunkin Mobile app and they took my payment. However, upon arrival... at the store on 8/6/2021 there was a medical emergency and the store was closed. I contacted the store today to get a refund andthey stated they can only give refunds in person. I explained to them I live over an hour away from this location but they saidthere was nothing that could be done to refund me my $5. This place needs new management!!! The absolute worst dunkin I've ever been to. It's not just this one occurrence its EVERY... SINGLE VISIT for the past 2 years. They use to be great, now they are AWFUL. They charged me for 2 items I wanted then said theywere out of both those items! Like how do you swipe someone's card before checking to make sure you can fulfill their order!? Ishould have known though bc they are ALWAYS out of things.
