My wife and I had different signature steaks. They were tender although the T-bone had a little more gristle to contend with. ... My wife thought the seasoning was a little overboard but still tasty. At 6pm on a Sunday only about a 15 minute wait, but lessthan 1/2 the tables were in use. You could tell the waitress was 100% occupied. She didn't forget anything, just took longer toget service (example took more than 5 minutes just to get the water glasses to the table). Read more
The staff rocked it!! They are a little short staffed like all restaurants, however I can't say enough about how good the... service was. I am a chef and give every person working, from the hostess with the dope earrings, to my server who just seem toknow I needed a margarita. The food was hot and my steak perfectly cooked. Longhorn was clean and service was good. I must say that the wings and onion rings we got for appetizer was a bit salty and I... got rice for main meal and it was a bit salty as well. The corn on the cob was amazing though! The steak was very good and theportion sizes were filling. We had a party of 7. A part from the salty complaints (and not enough for us to bother our serverabout it), we all enjoyed the meals. Very good! Read more
Our server Amanda was excellent. She kept the food coming and the drinks full. Restaurant was clean and accommodating. Although... they were almost at capacity during lunch it was still easy to hear and converse at the table. Food was prepared to our liking.Everything was delicious. Still a great place to go. ZERO STARS !!!!! My husband and I ordered to-go the pick up time was extremely long. They NEVERRR cook our steak the way we ask... but tonight I really couldn?t believe my eyes. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!! And there is no excuse for this. His steak wassupposed to be medium well. His sweet potato was hard. My food was cold like colder than normal given that it is a to-go order.I never leave bad reviews but this was truly disgusting. We also tried to called multiple times to speak with a manager but theone time someone actually answered we were placed on hold and then hung up on. Read more
Went in for a late lunch, we ordered a steak, burger, and 2 lunch salads with French onion soup. Service was good and food was... ok except for the fact that the salad was swimming in dressing. Read more
We were told there was a 25-30 min wait. No problem. We asked if there was availability at and around the bar. We were told by... the hostess that we could sit at the bar but not at a table. After about waiting 20 min a couple came in. They sat at the bar,the bartender Megan escorted them to a table (even tho she knew we were waiting for that table)to sit after we were told wecouldn't be seated until the kitchen was caught up on orders. Megan came over to explain herself but didn't have a good excusefor her actions. She said because the couple ordered drinks they were allowed to be seated.I didn't know Longhorn had a 2 drinkminimum to be served. I asked to speak to a manager 4 times, Neil the GM never came out to speak to me after being toldrepeatedly that he would be out in a few minutes. At a certain point I realized that he didn't not care about my concerns norappreciated my patronage. I also realized that there was no way we were going to receive great service or food for that matter.Longhorn is one of my favorite restaurant and they are going downhill fast.
