This location was the worst I have experienced since I been traveling. First thing walking in the floor are so slippery not... from wet floor but from grease. The mop that was used to had grease on it. Second I never seen a food restaurant forced therecustomers to use the Kiosks when you have available cash register. I witnessed 6 people that had cash only was instructed to usethe Kiosks and they said they only had cash. They allowed this people to walk out of the establishment. Poor management I sayyou are in the business making money definitely not loosing money. No time I heard the young lady stating that the registerswere not working. Get a better manager recommended. One of my more interesting and memorable McDonald's visits while traveling, the staff seemed to be all over the place, kind and... professional but not really present on their job, the main thing was my family and I had 4 meals and our order was called withonly one Big Mac in a bag, the worker giving us our food seemed confused and we had to go item by item to get everything on thetray, they still seemed confused even after our food was delivered to us, it was delicious however things like my Big Mac wereassembled out of order and with the wrong parts, I hoped I just visited at the wrong time! Probably the fastest drive thru I've ever experienced. Pleasant window employees. Absolutely no issues with order. McDonald's... needs to model other stores after this one. Props to all who work there. Read more
The food was probably the best I've gotten from McDonald's in a long time. All of it was hot and fresh and actually put... together rather than a sloppy mess. The employees at this location leave a lot to be desired. It took 25 minutes to get throughthe drive through! 1 car in front of me... they forgot my drinks, no napkins, no sauce for my sons' nuggets... They were politeand friendly though... Read more
I get slow. Everyone is struggling to find staff. So although it is frustrating to wait 30min for food I paid for through the... app. But when two drinks are missing, another is incorrect. A fry is missing. The other fry is dumped in the bottom of the bag.My quarter pounder deluxe has no lettuce and the wrong size patty and a gallon of Mayo. You have a customer service issue. Read more
Perfectly good building and they got the doors locked on a Saturday evening. I don't want to eat my Big Mac over my lap in the... drive-thru, I want to go inside and eat it. Where's the management? Not here clearly. What a total shame. I don't recommend. Read more
Spent 20 minutes in the drive through. When we received our order, pictured is the large iced coffee(maybe there is coffee in... there), 2 chicken biscuits where 2 bacon egg and cheese instead. We did not have time to wait to fix the order. Consistentlyhave problems with this location but gave them another chance today. Epic Fail! Read more
The worst Mcdonald's that I've ever been to, all of our 5 burgers are burned and very dry, no napkins, messed up orders by not... giving us half the things we ordered, the lady on the speaker is so quiet you can't hear her and the speaker wasn't working fora while in the beginning.
