This place was a wreck! We ordered for 6 people in the druve through. 3 orders were completely wrong and 1 had hair in it. I sat... at the window waiting to be acknowledged and they ignored me for 5 minutes. The way the parking lot is, if you pull away beforechecking your food, you have to go down the road and come back, so I sat and waited. Read more
Part of my order was missing so I KINDLY let the staff at the window know before I pulled out of the drive through. She rolled... her eyes and slammed her hand down on the window and yelled asking what was missing. It was a burger, she left for a moment thenbrought one back...with a loogie on it. Walking into this place, I thought that I would be able to get myself a regular large drink. Instead, what I got was over 20... minutes of wait time with an understaffed amount of people. This has happened multiple times in a week. The floors, thebathrooms, and the drink counter is gunky and sticky. Lids were low, trash and equipment left everywhere. But at least thetables and trash is right. Not to mention, the kiosk doesn't even print out tickets. Even the outside was littered. I willcontinue to get just a drink from here solely because it is less expensive than other places. However, if I keep running intothis problem, I will not come here anymore and I'm sure a very many people who were here with me today waiting over 25 minuteswould oblige. Read more
I had the worst experience at this store. I asked for no onions on my 2 cheeseburgers that did not happen. Then it went from... fast food to slow food. I was there for 15 minutes waiting for the food. The lady with grey in her hair needs attitude schooland put her Newports cigarettes up in the locker instead of them coming out of her jean jacket and could fall into someone'sfood. My Food was Horrible..Just bit into my Double Quarter Pounder and had to spit it out. Burgers wasn't done at all.
We tried the kiosk (twice) and it sent us to the counter to pay, so at 1003am we paid for our easy (IMHO) breakfast of 1 sausage... mcgriddle and 1 pancake and sausage and 2 sweet teas) I mean easy right??? At the COUNTER with a human - order 244 - an HOUR(yes hour) later no food?! I didn't want to be accused of Karen-like attitude ???????? so I sent hubby to get a refund andseriously he was STILL given attitude because "the orders" unfortunately we saw many people come in after us with much largerorders and eat so yeah the 2???? to THIS McDs because seriously if you can't handle a rush then get more counter people orsomething because it was ridiculous. We've NEVER left a McDs or asked for a refund. We both have worked the service industry sowe TOTALLY understand but this was CRAZY. Read more
As far as McDonald's go, this one is a nice one. Fast service and they got my order right. I can't eat the food, so I can't... comment on the taste, but my kids love it. Wish they had some gluten-free or allergy friendly items. Read more
