So my kids and I have always loved Noodles and Co., but this location has gone above and beyond both times we've gone in. The... first time was my daughter's birthday, and the young man at the counter was SO patient and kind with myself, the kids, and our5000 questions. He talked with the kids and made it a great time for us. This last time we went in, I had an issue with my cardwhere it wasn't working due to a fraud hold I didn't know about, and the entire staff was amazing. They did everything theycould to fix the problem while I was fighting with the card company and having three hungry kiddos. After saying I would justhave to leave it, they all got together and gave up their comped staff meals so that we could have lunch. That's four people onstaff that gave up their free meals to help us! I was so overwhelmed with their generosity and understanding, weeks later I'mstill unable to form words on how greatful I am. This location is by far my favorite in terms of flavor, speed, and of course,their amazing staff. I ordered the Udon noodles which I've had a few times previously and enjoyed. My order yesterday included a handful of noodles,... exactly one tiny sliver of carrot, two very small pieces of broccoli, and no sesame seeds...clearly not as expected, nor was itworth the price. Very disappointed ???? It was tasteless and dry, couldn't even taste the pesto and only a few tomatoes were added. I've had the... same dish in other cities and it's always consistent, but not at this location. $11 for tasteless noodles is not worth the moneyfor the quality. Even the chicken tasted rubbery. ???? Noodles and Company has a lot of different choices of food for a decent price. There is plenty of parking near the restaurant. ... They have both inside and outside seating available. The service was fast and the staff was professional. Read more
This place markets itself as a healthier alternative. However, if you look up the menu nutrition facts on the corporate website,... you'll see trans fats and extremely high sodium content in most what they serve. The only reason why I'm giving this location a3 star is because of its workers, who were attentive and courteous throughout. Read more
Excellent! Great food. Lots of different choices and add-on items. Two sizes of bowls, small and large. Small is plenty big and... not much smaller than the large size. Fast. Friendly. The food was just ok, this is a chain restaurant. They make salads, pasta, and soups. You have to add your protein to your bowl.... The prices are good and you can go for a quick bite for lunch.
