The menu looks really good but it's pricey. Since I hadn't been there before I decided to just try one of their smoothies. I... ordered a mango smoothie. It was almost $5 and it was not thick and slushy as I expected but was rather thin and watery. Verydisappointing. I may try one more visit to order some food and will add that info to this review. Really clean store. Seems like an odd position in this type of building but it works great, felt like I was entering a... professional office space. They have electronic kiosks to order, regular register or you can use the app. The service was quickand friendly. They accurately filled my order. I was impressed with a return that they did for a customer, that in my opiniondidn't deserve it. The cashier didn't balk at the request and quickly refunded the money with a friendly attitude. Lots to like here... - My daughter and I visited after Softball practice on April 11th - She convinced me to use the kiosk,... even though I didn't want to because I'm an old grumpy Dad that doesn't like to try new things lol. Anyways, the kiosk workedreally well, and it very easily logged into my Panera account which I hadn't used in a while. A lot of places have some type ofrewards program, but they never seem to work well. This was not the case for Panera......WELL DONE. - We got our food veryquickly - It was delicious as always at Panera - The restaurant was very clean - The Manager working at that time wasFANTASTIC. He went around checking on people, making sure everything was okay. He was running orders out to the mobile pickup. He was offering to take care of people's dishes when they were finished. Don?t waste your money. We love Panera, however staff at this location are more concerned with closing while still open then... making sure your food is served properly. We ordered at 8:05 pm and our food was served in to go containers as if to say don?teat in. While we were eating they put up all the chairs and started vacuuming. How lovely! The bakery items were already stowedaway. Closing isn?t until 9 pm. Doing these activities while customers are in the store is ridiculous. Read more
One of the best panera locations I've ever been to. Friendly staff, our food was ready quickly despite it being busy, and the... food was top notch. They also have a more varied menu than other locations I've seen, including vegetarian options (which isimportant to me.) The only downside is their baguette was subpar similar to the baguettes back home. I don't think this is thelocation's fault however, only one Panera I've ever been to had good baguettes which is kinda silly considering their name lol Read more
The consistent nature of Panera is great!!!! I won?t go on about their soups, just deliciousness in a cup or bowl, my fave is... the tomato. The gentleman behind the counter was wonderful, informative, courteous?..a baker was prepping a rack of trays offocaccia, she was gracious and told what she was doing and why, I still buy theirs!
