This place is very lazy and unprofessional I called the pizza hut dictionary and they sent me to this place. The manager lied... said they where closed at 11 today pm when the time says 12. Absolute shambles. Waited two hours for a pizza that I never received. I was told it was being delivered, then later on I was... told it cannot be delivered due to the safety of the driver. I was sat outside a hotel waiting, no one arrived. I was made tofeel like this was my fault and there was no apology. I'd give 0 stars if possible. Read more
Just like others are experiencing, twice this store has taken our delivery orders when they did not have drivers available.... That's frustrating but to make matters worse, both times, instead of appropriately handling the situation, the person at thestore was extremely rude and antagonistic. Made it a point to go here on our first night of vacation since Pizza Hut no longer is around where we live - placed an online... order for pickup hours in advance and it was ready right on time! Order was fresh, hot, and made as ordered. Read more
I placed an order today and the estimated delivery time said 30-40 minutes. An hour later my husband called the store to find... out where the order was and the woman said to him "the driver will be at your address in a few minutes" 18 minutes later Icalled back to ask about the order. (Mind you we live 5 minutes from the store" The same woman answered the phone and told methe same thing she told my husband "the driver will be at your door in a few minutes" I was frustrated with her dishonesty andsaid to cancel my order. If she was honest from the first phone call my husband would of picked up the order rather then waitingalmost an hour and half to receive nothing. It is no fun being 9 months pregnant craving pizza and it takes the driver foreverto reach a destination that is 5 minutes away from the store.
