Great location, although we came after the lunch rush and only had a 10-15 minute wait. The food was excellent. Prices are what... you would expect from a slightly upscale bistro. Had a very pleasant dining experience today. From the young man opening the door upon arrival to the young man who seated us ,... to our friendly and attentive server, Savannah- the staff was extremely hospitable. The food was presented beautifully and itwas delicious! We had the Thai shrimp and pork belly appetizers. The tuna poke bowl was fresh, colorful and the sauce was yummy!The burger my husband ordered was perfect along with a crisp and flavorful grit cake. Nice pours on the drinks, as well. Great local eatery. The fried green tomatoes were great with bacon. The Burger was flavorful and cooked perfectly and the carrot... cake. Big enough for 3 but the most moisture cake I have had in a while. I recommend this eatery to everyone. The service wasphenomenal! Read more
No call ahead seating or reservations - first come first served It is spring break for quite a few nearby states so the place... is very busy. We had a late lunch here today so the wait wasn?t bad at all. We sat outside on a covered patio next to a pondwith koi fish. The food was outstanding. Even the kid?s menu was good. The hamburger platter came with a garlic bread thatwas really good. The bread is light and the garlic seasoning is perfectly done. And then there were the french fries. I don?teat french fries often because they are mostly not that good. But Second Street did it well. We ordered crab pile, baby backribs and seafood bake. The dishes were well done. The seafood bake was slightly spicy with a twist of creole taste. The crabpile was large lump crab meat. Baby back ribs were fall off the bone tender. We were really full after the entrees but decidedon dessert anyway. The mixed berry crisp and vanilla ice cream did not disappoint. It was a very nice lunch. Service wasgreat too. Server was really friendly and attentive. Certainly will come back if I visit Williamsburg again. Read more

I got the steak and that was probably the best steak I?ve had someone else cook me. The sauce that went with it was probably not... the best paired but the steak stood on its own. I kid you not, the steak was so tender that I took a bit out of like it was ahamburger. The side were also amazing! The fried pickles were so good.
