Worst customer service I?ve experienced at a Subway. My wife ordered the sandwiches on the app and it indicated the order would... be ready at noon. We went to the store and waited until 12:15 and my wife asked when our order would be ready and a female,blonde employee rudely said ?we haven?t even started that order?. They continued to serve customers walking in before theystarted our order. They finally started our order at 12:20 and still got the order wrong. We won?t be back to this location. Read more
I will not give them ANY STARS!!! They have the WORST customer service ever.... On top of that the vegetables were brown and... soggy. When I asked three times for fresh veggies I was told that they did not have any. The young girl who made my sub made itwith an attitude. She was totally rude for no reason on my end. I did nothing to that young lady. She threw my receipt at me andall of this was done right in front of the camera. The worst part is when I told the managers. All they did was look at me andwhile I was talking to the managers the young lady kept yelling over me and they allowed that. The quality of the food is poorand the service well there is no service. The owner really needs to learn how to speak to people with respect. I was always taught never judge a book by it covers and... it?s so nice to be nice. With so much nastiness, hatred and ugliness going on in this world. You would think he would knowfirst hand what?s it feel like to be judged based on what you look like. I like the new menu, but I sorely miss the Honey Oat bread you used to offer. PLEASE bring that option back!
