Arrived at 11:15, well before closing time. No one would take our order, despite multiple workers inside.
Our entire family became severely ill within an hour of eating from this restaurant. Not a good ending to our vacation. 2 kids... and 2 adults were sick for hours and up all night. A horrible mess and a miserable night. Read more
Before you read on, I didn't eat here at all. It was raining really bad and my daughter and I needed to get to a place to keep... us dry until the bus arrived. The young lady saw us from the inside and ran to give us some dry napkins to keep us dry. I can'tthank you enough for what you did. You are a True God send. Best Taco Bell in the area! I eat here very often and the service is impeccable. They have a lot of regulars that love this... spot. All the people that work at this location are good, kind folks. Food is always fresh and wait times are neverunreasonable. Usually very fast unless they're are just busy, which is understandable. Clean bathrooms, lobby and exterior. ***Taco Bell Kiosk*** Went to this Taco Bell on 4-13-22. They had kiosks, this was the 1st time that I've used the Taco Bell... kiosks. Which I now love, they're so easy to use and very convenient, and you can even add stuff to your order that you hadn'teven thought of adding. The inside was very clean, but a little small. The service was good, and 2 of the workers were verycool, and funny. Overall it was a pleasant place to be, and the workers appeared happy. The food was great, and came veryquickly. Read more
Walked in to order 2 steak soft tacos. It was a gentleman ahead of me. That's fine I can wait but, 20 mins for two steak soft... tacos is just crazy. They offer fast food but not at this taco bell. And the gentleman ahead of me was still there after I gotmy food. It was just sad. Read more
Workers make more than a nurse and other educated careers, yet the food was no where near what the pictures show which for the... money is false advertising. I paid almost $3.00 for less than a $1.00 worth of food. This location should be ashamed ofthemselves for false advertising and slow service. The picture speaks for itself, Chipotle Crunchy Burrito at almost $3.00 withtaxes. On a good note, the worker at the window was friendly. Read more
Craving Taco Bell Beef Chalupas. Husband goes through drive thru closest to us at the moment on richamond rd..orders the Beef... chalupas and a soft taco instead of hard shell taco?. Get home they gave us CHICKEN chalupas (I hate their chicken) ???? and the only thing beef was the soft taco. Beef and chicken sound nothing at all alike? He said nothing about chicken lol so Verydisappointing and now I remember why I don?t go to this Taco Bell anymore.
