I?d give 10 stars if it was an option. Atmosphere was awesome, food was delicious, staff is second to none. We had such an... amazing time and experience we went back later that day to enjoy this establishment and great food!! We were visiting but reallywish this was a local place for us. Stayed at Great Wolf Lodge and this place is really close, so we tried it. Bottom line- the food was pretty good, quick, and kid... friendly. My son was obsessed with the large aquarium at the entrance, but my daughter had a hard time understanding all of thedead animals hanging on the walls. My pork sandwich was spot in, my husband's Reuben was passable (heavy in the sauerkraut), andmy kids loved their mac-n-cheese and grilled cheese. The prices were reasonable, especially after paying much more at GWL forpretty bland food (the experience and activities were fantastic though). Great alternative to the lodge, although not a placeI'd seek out otherwise. Read more
That alligator and shrimp gumbo is the absolute ????. Had the fresh catch of the day which was seared flounder with buttered... corn and substituted broccoli for the zucchini. Food was decent.. Not a place I would return though.. Asked for salmon medium and my husband asked for double meat on his Ruben,... neither of which happened.. Bland taste and way overcooked, something you cant do with fish ever.. I felt really bad for ourserver so we didn't even say anything to him.. he was sweating so bad from running from the kitchen to the dining room I hopethe company is paying him more than 2$ because he is definitely a great employee to have Read more

The grill was not too busy for a Saturday - our server Tristan was great! Being on a nutritional plan means I needed some... information on portion size and he was very helpful. The food was good- very solid selections. I had the salmon with spinachand potato while hubby had tuna and onion. Prices were reasonable - a sirloin special for less than $30 in Williamsburg isgreat. Wish I could rate between a 4-5. So do not let it detract from coming. It is a great family atmosphere and the food wellprepared and reasonably priced. Ok...I don't know where to begin...but here we go! Steak Perfect! Alligator and shrimp gumbo 10/10, kid's meals were great as... well (yes, I tasted those too), muscles were great!Salmon was cooked to perfection, to sum it all up I'd give it a 9/10 food andservice! -1 for not having a specific item that was sold out but that's no reason to avoid this restaurant. BRETT our server, byhimself carries the team here like Brett Favre did for the Packers...if you're in the area or at Great Wolf Lodge Huntsman'sGrill is definitely worth the stop! Read more
This place has some really unique items which I love! Definitley a family friendly restaurant considering its in walking... distance from the Great Wolf Lodge. I got the alligator and shrimp gumbo, it was amazing. I've never had alligator but it tastedlike sausage if were thinking about getting it. I aslo had the BBQ sandwich which was okay but the gumbo was the star. Greatservice and staff as well. Read more
