This Wendy?s is unbelievable.. The food was cold, and soggy. They were so rude I almost left, I wish I did. It Took over 20... minutes for them to even bring my food out, when I only ordered 2 meals. I don?t generally leave bad reviews nor like to but this has to be an exception. They never greeted us, very short once we did... get their attention. We are missing half of our order and this isn?t the first time so we should?ve expected it I guess. The food was hot and good, but the service was marginal. The grease was soaking through the bag, but what really irritated me... was the haste with which is was slapped together. Even my frosty cup was only 3/4 filled. They were not busy at all. I guessshe was not in the mood to put forth effort...at least she's working though. Maybe that's why she wouldn't speak. I ordered a grilled asiago ranch chicken club meal with no tomatoes. The cashier laughed and said oh good cause we don't have... any tomatoes. I got back to the hotel only to see that instead of being grilled chicken it was a fried chicken breast. Aftertaking a couple of bites I discovered a very long strand of blonde hair on my sandwich. Honestly, every time I come by its always a wonderful experience. The people are so sweet and kind, and of course the food is... delicious hahaha. Whether its their breakfast or lunch menu,, I've rarely had an issue and the one time i did (forgot a meal)they apologized profusely and as a customer service worker in the food industry, the way they handled it was absolutelywonderful! As long as they continue such kindness, I will be a loyal customer to this location! Read more
Although I have not eaten inside of this restaurant, I have been several times thru the drive thru. The staff are extremely... friendly; especially the cashier and are extremely helpful. They will even remember you and welcome you back. After a long dayit is always nice to know that their are friendly people in this world. Absolutely rude and disrespectful employees. I had to check my order at the counter because it took a while for us to get the... food. The kid meals were wrong and when I asked them to get remade, they got an attitude. I told them we were missing threemeals and they said they had given us all the food and said they sat it on the counter. After getting another attitude, sheturned around and found out that she put it back under the heater. When I checked the other bags, my sandwich was made wrong,and I dealt with it because I heard the employee mumble under her breath, is this white chick really going to look through allthe bags. I just looked at them and said have a good day and walked out. My sandwich was so soggy I couldn?t even eat it. I donot recommend this place. Wouldn?t of been as bad if they weren?t so rude! You still can't go inside. The eggs on the breakfast biscuits were rubbery and tasted funny. The biscuits were so so. The... French toast sticks were the reason that I went. I wanted to try them. They were OK but not great so won't bother again. Theygot my order wrong but did over compensate so that was ok since I did notice in time and hadn't driven home first. But sinceyou can't go in, I had to knock on the door and get helped outside. Read more
