Not sure if the central call system works for PJ , I was once refered to a further PJ than the one I usually go thru store thats... 3 miles down the rode the operater sent my order to a store 5.7 miles away. It not only made my pizza take and 1hr 45mins torecieve it . It was handled in most unprofessional manner. Was not givin an explanation what happen with whole issue. This timei was told it would take over hour to delivery and then was put on hold for a question to be asked then hung up on not towhether i go pizza on the way or should i find another place to get food to feed families . Well ended up not recieveing returncall so order food somewhere else. Needless to say paid for two pizzas not even needed. Im thinking of never bothering with PJsagain . Even tho we like them , ive been bambuzaled twice to not even receive any comp pizzas like all other shops do when theymess up . Especiallyafter messing up two ordrrs Read more
Ordered online 8/8/22 at 5:35 pm 1 pepperoni and 1 cheese pizza it said delivery 65-75 mins. I wasn?t concerned at the time it... was ordered because it has said that before and it only took about 30mins. At 7:32 pm the driver finally showed up!! MOD wouldonly say ? I am sorry. I only had one driver. ? The best part when we opened the boxes they didn?t even give us the correctorder!! I can promise we won?t be ordering from them again! Usually they?re great about my orders. But today I ordered a LARGE pizza and 2 liter. I get there and they misplaced my pizza so... I wait on another one. They give me a MEDIUM pizza along with garlic rolls I didn?t order. The lady told me I could grab a 2liter since they messed my first pizza up. What. I payed for it. Of course imma take the 2 liter. Best pizza I?ve ever have had from there. Who ever made it needs a raise
A new low in quality and taste! 2 pizza's, 1 regular crust and 1 thin crust. Both had the consistency of soda crackers...... absolutely horrible! No or almost no sauce, veggies were the only part that resembled food! I have had terrible frozen pizza'sthat I would gladly have eaten before this crud! I would probably have felt better if they had held a gun on me while robbingme of 50 bucks! Don't order this mess! Wish I could have subtracted a couple of stars! Read more
I called in a small pineapple pizza last night and when my daughter picked up a slice to eat, all the toppings fell off, she... took a bite and the dough strung back. It was not cooked all the way. So we brought it back. The lady at the counter stated tothe cooks to remake and this time 'well done'. We received a burnt pizza. It just seems like they were being funny because Ibrought the pizza back. I didn't go back a third time. We just accepted the burnt pizza and we won't be coming back. So sad. Read more
Ordered a medium pizza, 8 wings, 3 ranch sauce and a 2 liter Pepsi. Received a small pizza and 8 wings, Called store and the... lady was very rude as If I did something wrong and hung up so I drove to the store and asked for the money back on items I didnot recive and the lady told me she did not have to give my money back and to leave but before I could get out of the door thelady came around the counter and Literally 2" from my face making threats. I have never had this happen to me before and havepurchased there on several occasions. WOW! What a crazy experience. Read more
