Normally was a good experience there but this last time was not good at all. Had to wait for our waters but yet people that came... in after us was served there beer before us. But we had to wait on water. Just unreal. Not happy about this at all. The customerserve is very bad and worst I have seen. And when we got our waters she had to have a attude. We have been going to Vince's New York pizza for going on 10 years and have always been happy with the food and service. They... have moved to a new location, this was our 1st time at their new location. 1st requested unsweetened ice tea, was told theydon't serve unsweetened tea. Who doesn't serve unsweetened tea? They did serve it at their original location, many of us lit oravoid sugar intake for either medical or other health reasons. I ordered shrimp pasta primavera, it was very good. With myentree I got a salad, I requested oil and vinegar dressing. It was sweet. I have never been to a restaurant that had sweet oiland vinegar, unless it was balsamic vinegar. This was red wine vinegar, oil with sugar added. When I asked our server for areplacement stating I do not use sugar she rolled her eyes at me. Server did not check on us until we were almost we were readyfor the bill. And only after I had to speak very loudly to get her attention, she was less than 6 feet away from us playing onher phone. I ordered a pepperoni pizza for my husband and I had the best shrimp Fettuccine, they delivered to our hotel..I would... definitely recommend them..They have choices of Italian and Mexican foods .I know where we eating tomorrow evening. Such a clean restaurant! My son (7), daughter (3), and I stopped her on our way back from a day in Williamsport. I saw they had... good reviews and I?m glad we stopped. Our hostess/waitress was pleasant, polite, and took care of us right away. We took a seatin the quieter dining area to the left and when we sat down I was immediately impressed with the cleanliness! The windowed weresparkling and the men?s bathroom was clean with a table for changing babies (kudos)! I love eating at clean restaurants becauseit means they just take care of their kitchen, too. My daughter had the chicken nuggets and fries which were fried very well. Iwish they had more seasoning, but I feel like that a lot with food made for kids. My son and I split some garlic knots and themeat lovers pizza. Both were delicious and we are taking plenty of food home for lunch tomorrow. Read more

Tried placing an order online, received an error message but my card was charged. Called the restaurant, I explained the... situation to the lady who told me my card was not charged. The owner (?) got on the phone & told me my card was not charged &that I was lying because my bank doesn't show a charge. ???? I told him I.could send him a screenshot but he refused. I end upcalling the police & my bank who stated this seemed to be a problem w/ this place. ???? Horrible customer service. Read more
