Lady who took the order on phone was courteous hence the 1 star. We waited one hour and when it didn?t arrive i called the store... but no answer. Decent prices, mainly for carryout. Delivery has fees and the usual tips associated so I usually get my order myself to save... money. The food is good, not great, and when you go inside the staff are reasonably polite. Not exceptional service but notterrible. Curbside pickup is best if you barely want to engage with other human beings. Read more
It took them and 1 hr and 40ins to deliver a pizza...then it was cold when we received it. Opted for contactless delivery the... driver knock on the door and wait...we had to tell him that we had contactless delivery.....will not eat here again Read more
I havent ordered in a while so I thought Id place an order online for 2 pan pizzas. I recieved 2 hand tossed SUPER bubble tire... pizzas that fell apart because the middle was so thin, one with totally wrong toppings and sauce. I called and the person thatanswered said they dont do pan pizzas after 10 and credited 2 pizzas. I called to redeem the credits today and the person thatanswered said there was no credits applied to the phone number. She would give us a medium cheese. So I ordered the 2 pizzasand it came to $34!!!!???? More than it cost to order the first time! Got the pizzas and both had the wrong toppings!!! Usually very fast and efficient. Waited 2 hours for food and called to check how long it would be, I was told within next couple... of minutes. Called back and talked to a very rude manager who suggested just canceling my order. Her attitude was horrible andineffective in solving any issues. Will be speaking with GM tomorrow. Read more
I've ordered pizza here, probably a half dozen times, and had good experiences. However I ordered today, and it was over cooked,... cold, missing toppings, wasn't cut right, which didn't matter because it basically turned hard as a rock. I even order the samepizzas every time. The terrible part, I go to ask for customer service, get hung up on, file a complaint online and there hasbeen no response, nor do I think they care they'll be loosing 50 bucks every couple weeks. I know gas is high and times areterrible, but got to think I just dropped 50 bucks on pizza the dog won't even eat! Read more
It is usually very good. The time before this last time the pizza was great. Yesterday it was quite bad. We asked for well done... and extra sauce. There was hardly any sauce. They were not cooked long enough even for normal setting. They had a raw taste. Itwas like someone inexperienced made it. Read more
