If I could give negative stars I would. DD in Newberry is the worst- avoid it if you can. You'll wait forever in the drive... through--not because they're understaffed, but because they're mismanaged and disorganized. Today, I went into the lobby at11:30 am to order a medium decaf (that's it--only a medium decaf). I stood at the counter and no one would wait on me. (Therewas no sign saying the lobby or counter was closed). I finally called out to someone and asked if I could place my order. Shesaid they weren't taking counter orders, that I would have to place the order on-line for pickup (at the counter). I asked herwhy I had to order through the app when I was standing right there and she could take my order. She said the counter was closedfor ordering. I said, but I still have to pick it up at this counter, right? She said, yes. This makes absolutely no sense. Iasked to speak with the manager. The manager, Tracy, came to the counter and told me they were understaffed so they closed thecounter. I told her I counted 7 employees. She said, "Well, we will be short-staffed later, so we decided to just close thecounter now." To which I replied, "What difference does it make if I stand here and order online or if I just tell you myorder?" She replied that she couldn't take my order at the counter. This is ludicrous!!! This place is very busy but they are quick with serving you and getting you your stuff whole it's still hot. Very family... friendly. Read more

For must part was good. Good til I got to my grandkids house. Out of the dozen n half I ordered @ $16.88 Only half dozen was... right. N dozen that was wrong. I ask for 3 choc cake 3 blueberry cake 3 old fashion glazed & last 3 peanut butter cup. N inthat dozen 1 blueberry cake nothing else that I actually ordered. This is why I don't like going thur drive-thur. I like beingable to pick what myself. That way I see what goes in the bx. In short out of dozen & half @16.88. I got 7 donuts that ordered.7 out of 18. @$16.88 Sorry bit is very unacceptable. With pricing going up on everything. Should be what you ordered. Donutswould've been good if got what was orderd. Usually I would give them 5 stars but today they dropped the ball!! Drive through intercom quit working, so instead of sending... someone out to let people know, we sat in line for 1/2 hour! I used the mobile app, so my sandwich sat for that 1/2hour?obviously no longer hot! Very disappointing! I will give kiddos to their staff, They are very pleasant! Read more
Newberry is the worst Dunkin? every time we go there our food is always burnt. It sucks because they are the closest to us, but... from now on we will be traveling to South Williamsport. Read more
Clean, with friendly service and standard Dunkin Donuts fare. They only had a changing table in the women's single-stall... bathroom, not in the men's, which meant my husband wasn't able to change our son. This is an easily fixable problem, either byinstalling another changing table or by making both bathrooms unisex since they are single stall anyway. Read more
I go here everyday and I absolutely love the staff they are friendly and they always make v sure you leave with a smile ????
