I was there, and I ordered at the Kiosk, this in exact, ?Hamburger Happy Meal, Water, Toddler Toy. Chicken Sandwich, Diet Pepsi,... Large Fries. Hamburger, no fries, light pickle, extra bacon, no mustard, no onions.? And I got a Hamburger with bacon and nomustard or onions, with light pickle, with miniature fries, with the event toy, in the happy meal, which was dumb because Ididn?t want the onions, my sister did, and I got what my sister ordered, a hamburger with default toppings, an event toy, andwater, instead of milk (the kind your father never came back with). Deserves no stars but have to choose at least one. This McDonalds is close to my house so obviously it?s the go to. I have to go... back every. single. time. Maybe reading isn?t mandatory to work there? Today I was missing a 10 piece nugget, a cheeseburger,and a medium fry. Fries were not fresh and tasted as if they were put back in the fryer after sitting for all day. The managerwas extremely rude and argued that she had nothing extra implying I was lying while I?m sitting in my luxury car like I have nomoney and want free food. Oh, and my daughter got apple slices with her happy meal and there were two very small apple slicesand that was it. 5 kids to feed so hefty orders when I go. Food was prepared as ordered, served at the appropriate temperature and taste great. The dining room provided a pleasant... atmosphere. I felt like a valued guest and was recognized by name by the associates I interacted with. Read more
The employees do not treat customers the way we were trained to treat customers "back in the day" when the McD's was open inside... the Lycoming Mall! We were more courteous, more respectful, more conscientious, more pleasant to the counter customers then. Itis very disheartening to see how several employees will treat a customer at the counter! Everytime I come here they always forget something, usually they forget to give me sauce even though I ask for it when I'm... ordering, but this time they forgot to give me my whole apple fritter. I worked in fast food and it's not that hard to give thecustomer what they paid for. Update: got a cheeseburger that was absolutely coated in salt and pepper, I don't even know why,but i instantly spit it out and when I went to call nobody answered, waste of money yet again. We ordered through the drive-through and then went inside to use the bathroom. They were very clean, but I am a little curious... as to why the one bathroom is a tiny room while the other is big and spacious. The Christmas tree was super cute with the littleFrench fry box?s. I did like that there was hand sanitizer by the door on the way out. The food was gone before we even left theparking lot. A win for family night out. Read more
