(If they are out of... something they will let me call and see what the customer would like as a replacement. Manager Brandon was rude to me and my mother over the phone. We had placed an order through DoorDash for them and our food was... ice cold. I had called to see if they could do anything and Brandon had started to yell at my mother over the phone and calledus liars. I?d give negative stars if possible. I never had an issue with them before and never had a manager there treat me withthat much disrespect. me and my mom went here and got separate orders. she got hers within 10 minutes. i ordered mine at the same time and waited for... 35-40 minutes for 2 tacos and 3 cheesy roll ups and watched people who ordered after be get theirs. I asked them why i didn?tget my order and they didn?t even know i made an order because someone had cleared it. I was pleasantly surprised. I hadn't eat Taco Bell in about a year. They were always forgetting something and the people were... rude. But this time the young man who took my order was very pleasant. I even saw him go to the lobby to check on guests. Thegirl who was up there was also very nice to the customers. ???? My food (a large order) was made quick and the only forgottenthing was one taco. Taco Bell I enjoy your food from time to time but come on I literally got one meal and you gave me 50 sauce packets and I only... asked for a few Diablo hot sauces. Needs better management. Employees are usually nice I just need the people working there tocare and think about what exactly there doing and if it seems right because if it doesn't maybe you shouldn't be doing it. Read more
