2 of my kids were sad because Taco Bell forgot their fries. My daughter?s nachos bell grande was missing everything except the... meat. They denied my 6 year old daughter food because when I walked out of the building I said it's crazy the doors are open but yal... won't let me order after having to wait 15 min on my order just needed a cheese roll up my daughter cried and asked why theywere being mean and wouldn't let her have food They said I disrespectfully walked out and for that they would not Serve me or my daughter also I took video of it!!! I eat taco bell 2 or 3 times a week. Today my food was wrong (happens way more often than it should). They were out of the... ingredients for my usual order. Instead of saying so they made the order with "similar" ingredients. Unacceptable! So when Ireturned to advise the employees of the mishap the girl proceeded to tell me it wasn't wrong I just didn't like it. I said thatwas not the case. She then asked if I had ever had what I ordered before to which I replied I stop there often. Again sheproceeded to argue with me increasingly getting ruder. These employees have obviously never worked in customer service before.For what it cost me to eat there I want what I want how I want it. A simple let me fix that for you never happened. When Iplaced my order all that needed to happen was for them to tell me they were out of stock. Even if the cashier didn't know at thetime by the time I got to the drive thru window someone should have alerted me rather than just making alterations withoutconsent.
