We have gone here several times & recently the service has continued to get worse & worse. Our most recent visit was awful. We... called in an order & were told it would take around 15 minutes. We got there & were told at the drive thru it would be another 3minutes & to pull up. We waited another 15 minutes & when we got our food, it was wrong. We went back through the drive thru &advised them of the issue. The woman looked through a stack of receipts & told us what they gave us was right, when in fact, itwasn't. We try to visit The Clock when we visit family members in the Williamston area. I'm not sure what's happened but the food was... horrible, the fries were a mix of burned and soggy fries. The food actually taste like they didn't clean the flat top orsomething. I'm sad to say that after our visit we spoke with other customers that said the same. Most of our food order wasthrown in the trash. This will be our last visit to The Clock. Such a shame.Some friends said the original owners sold out.That would make sense for how horrible the food was this time. Also the workers were rude when I told them that the food wasn'tgood. This is a very nice place. I walked in and they took my order right away. I had a seat and they brought my food out to my table.... I had a double chili cheese burger with all fries and my wife had the hamburger steak with gravy. Our food was tasty and it cameout fast and correct. Read more
