We love Little Caesars. It's a go to for our kids! This new location, is honestly terrible though. Before reviewing, I gave it 3... good chances. Each time our pizza hasnt been good or the same as it use to be at the old location.. and for the price increase Iexpect it to at least be the same as it's always been. This location is so slow as well. They quote 20 minutes, but you bettergive it 30 & some. I've waited each time on my pizzas. And the worst part is how unfriendly the staff is. I understand thecashiers aren't making the pizzas, but I'd appreciate an "It's taking longer than expected for your pizzas. We will have it outas soon as we can" or something! Instead they've been like speechless robots, expecting me to just understand & assume they'reso untimely. Anyways, we have been so disappointed in the new locations & have felt like all 3 times, our money was flushed downthe drain. I hope they can get it together before they lose accountable customers. Literally just left this location, came in with my princesses right before close and was assisted by Tim. The customer service... was top notch! Usually when you enter a restaurant right before close, the employees make you feel a little uncomfortable butthere were nothing but smiling faces, wonderful customer service and amazing food.
