Food wasn't ready in time, then they called me to see why the order hadn't been picked up. It seems the left hand didn't know... what the right hand was doing. I ordered the peaches & cream fried pies, which was on the online order menu for that store. They said they didn't have those any more & that I'd have to go through the app to get my refund. The customer shouldn't haveto be inconvenienced because of the restaurant. They didn't even try to make it okay. My order was $75. Really? Spendingthat much & I didn't even warrant a replacement for what you didn't have? Great customer service. Read more

We went thru the drive-thru at the one located in Fountain Inn, SC & it was terrible. The sandwiches were cold, the bread was... hard, & we only received one of our drinks. I ordered the Frisco Breakfast Sandwich. I I would not recommend going to this one. Read more
They quit serving at different times of the day, and We wait way too long for our food every time. Today It's not even 6 pm and... we can't go in to eat because the doors are locked. Service here is terrible ???? Read more
