This McDonald's actually got my order right! Sad when you have to congratulate a fast food place for this. What I didn't agree... with was the price. $15 for three frappes. Crazy how expensive they've got in a time when they have to pay little to noemployees! Read more
Wait is ridiculous, both lines , n even have people pulled over, meat on hamburger always cold, n cheese never melted on burger,... they make the drinks with these long lines, n when you get drinks the ice is melted, the other day n this has happened more thanonce the top of burger was stuck to the paper!!! I do not understand why it takes so long to get your food at this location!!! You go to Belton or any other location and it does... not take this long!!! If it wasn't for my grandchildren living in Williamston and wanting McDonald's I would never go hereagain!!! The good things about this location is the staff is friendly, it is nice inside this location, and now you have twoplaces to order the food in the drive thur. Please figure out why y'all take so long to get the food out to the customers!!!Fast Food should be Fast!!! Read more
Sitting in the drive thru line after 30 minutes and still no food. They ran my card for the wrong amount. I ordered one thing.... Workers yelling profanity. This is the biggest mess I?ve seen from any fast food place in a long time, it?s enough to make menever want mcdonalds anywhere again. Edited to add: Waited an entire hour, was refunded but never even given food, even afterapologies and promises to make it fresh. I?m leaving at this point with a lot of time wasted and still hungry. Very friendly staff! It is Friday night so of course they were very busy, but was expected. It was a little bit of a wait, but... when I got my food it was hot and delicious. Every member of the staff that I encountered were friendly and apologized for thewait. I saw that they were very busy before I even entered the parking lot, so how could I complain about the wait. I have been here a few times. Not a huge McDonald's fan, but when you want it you want it. AND MY FAMILY WANTED IT! I had hoped... that they had improved since my last visit but I was severely disappointed. I made my order and even asked about something Ididn't think I had recieved... I was the bone head in this one. I didnt notice all the other things missing from my order. So Itook my order back into the store to have it fixed. The people behind the counter took my ticket and assured me that they wouldmake my entire order again and get it right! Happy day! Not so much. They still didn't put the things I asked for in the order. I think that this location is not equipped to handle an order in excess of 15 dollars. $50+ really throws a wrench in thegears. Read more
We visit everyday. Doesn't feel right going to any other McDonald's. The employees treat you like family and if they forget... anything they are more than happy to get you back through the line quickly and get you on your way. Always friendly, very cleanand one of the VERY few McDonald's I actually look forward to pulling up to. Read more
I just got dinner for my family and I got two big Mac meals and two cheese berger meals well the big Mac that my son was eating... he found three pieces of hair in it and my wife's cheese berger look like they we're just thrown together and the top bun hadcatchup all on top of it and the big mac's we're just thrown together as well and this is the worst service I ever got fromMcDonald's and trust me if we ever decide to go there again I will be checking everything before I leave.
