my order for a family meal got cancelled due to lack of ingredients. They say they called 2 times while my phone only shows one... attempt. After over an hour I reached out and got a female 'manager' who quickly developed a disrespectful attitude and hung up.At now point did I raise my voice or get in any way disrespectful with her. I called back and got a manager, Nick, who actuallytalked it through. I still did not get a satisfactory response, but at least Nick got in their and did his job as a managerdealing with an unhappy customer. I am a very regular customer and I expect better. Waited 2 hours on a pizza , called to check a hour in was told they were leaving with it now .. 30 minutes later i call to... cancel and they tell me it was already cancelled due to two dogs. Never was called , no dog was out.. We sat in the garage forhours waiting on them. Then asked for a manager and was told he could explain .. Rude & Unorganized. Get it together. Read more

Very very poor management especially for a GM/Manager. This is my 2nd time I?ve had a horrible experience with the so called... general manager. But today he refused to give me service after I had paid online for my pizza. My first encounter with him itwas him and some other employees hanging outside smoking and talking not paying attention for customers the bell In the drivethrough was missing and he informed me he didn?t know where it was he didn?t move it, but today it was very present. He asked mehow long I had been waiting and when I addressed the issue Of them not being aware at work he became very disrespectful and Informed me I didn?t have to come back, today against my better judgment I ordered online and when I got there to pick up myfood he came to the window and immediately said ?No I told you I wasn?t going to serve you ? When I asked was I going to get mypizza he said no and I informed him I was calling the police and he said he didn?t care. The police never came and he refundedmy money and I left. I will be contacting cooperate and the manager because he had no reason to refuse me service when he was inthe wrong from the beginning I will never order from this location again my family and I have ordered here almost every otherweekend and they?ve lost our business and we?ll make sure none of our friends or family do business with them either. This is the most nastiest and sorriest Papa John's I've ever been to. They argue and refused my order. The guy that was behind... the thing dropped a roll of dough in the middle try to toss it. And pick it up off the floor and made a Pizza out of it. Icalled the company hotline number and told them about it. They didn't care at all. Poor management! Never place an online order because they when they can?t deliver it will sit until they have a driver. They... WILL NOT allow for you to pick it to help relief the back up. Rude service! Save your money and go elsewhere. Read more
