Very vibrant atmosphere and decor. The staff could be more friendly. They were just not very happy-appearing. Chips were good... but I could taste the oil they were fried in. The salsa was good but the side of "white salsa" that I hoped was queso Blanco,was ranch. Not cool. The Carne asada was very good. The meat, that is. The flour tortillas were not; they had that non-homemadeaftertaste. Refried beans good, rice meh.
