Wait time at curbside is insane to have cold food. Then the order comes but your stuck waiting an extra 15 min for drinks. Why... not have more than one server on the busy days for curbside. I hope management does some internal soul-searching and try to getthe businesses customer service back to 100%. I love the food here when it is fresh and done properly. Nowadays people expect usto spend our money and to take it the way they give it to us, some people have allergies others have personal preference andthey are paying for it. And I shouldn?t just say cold food at curbside because I?ve had the same experience dining in but theydo try and make the attempt to fix it dining in if something is wrong although again it is a weird time and it sucks to havesomeone?s meal ruined at the table. Came here with my brothers and sisters with our significant others. Walked in at 11:19 on a Friday night came here because it... said on the website they closed at 1 am. Soon as we walked in hostess with long red box braids told us ? please be mindful weare closing soon? not even a hello welcome nothing. It was really awkward definitely not warming. i was confused because Ithought maybe it was our mistakes so I looked up the time again. it said 1 am so I asked nicely if they had changed the time orsomething because online said something else. She says and I quote ? when it?s not busy we close early? made us feel veryunwelcome and uncomfortable. She then processes to pound our silver ware on to the table. A second group came which looked likeshe knew them it was nothing but giggles and smiles with them.. also didn?t look like they got the same ?warm? treatment we did.Waitresses was nice tho only reason I gave 2 stars. I love going there but this time I asked for a medium well steak and well done and very tough to cut. Sever ask me did I want... another one I said no because we had already waited a long time. The manager came over and ask could she make me another I saidno and she sent one for me to take home. That one was a bad steak to. I've never had a bad rib eye steak. Read more

I would give them no stars. Horrible food. My burger had a wet soggy bun on the bottom top was stale. tasteless tomato and a... cold meat patty. I've tried this location 3 times and have had bad food all 3 times. Don't waste your time at the Williamstownlocation. I'm done! Read more

Order dinner for the fam Friday night, picked it up curbside.. brought it home.. and my chicken was good looking on the outside... but the big end of it was raw, my kids chicken Alfredo dinner was watery and did not look appetizing at all.. you can?t see thechicken ?BITS? in the watery Alfredo sauce. Tenders were good! I called to complain, and the mgr Emily was very sorry without acondescending-tone? and offered to make it better. I will go back bcuz of her concerned professionalism!!
